Biotechnology law, which deals with the legal processes related to activities performed using biotechnology, is a niche area of ​​law that includes exclusive features as well as contains different branches of laws and regulations in Turkish jurisdiction.

In parallel with the ever-changing and developing biomedicine and biotechnology, biotechnology law also develops over time. Legal implications may also vary depending on the type of applications such as genetics, cybernetics, nanotechnology and microbiology.

8- Medical Ethics

Publication of relevant ethical and health policy statements, preparation of the necessary statement on public health and bioethics in case of (possible) ethics committee approval or administrative authority approval,

9- Data Protection Law

Providing consultancy on the transfer and storage of biomaterials and special quality personal data (such as genetic data), preparation of information and consent forms, reviewing the information text, if any, and adaptation to Turkish Law.
